"This dataset contains processed per-packet uplink and downlink latency measurements and associated radio-layer key performance indicators (KPIs) collected from commercial 5G Non-Standalone (NSA) networks operated by two mobile network operators. Measurements were conducted across rural, urban, and hybrid deployment environments under controlled target uplink data rates.The dataset includes time-aligned records of uplink latency, downlink latency, packet loss indicators, Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP), and uplink transmit power. Data are provided in CSV format and are suitable for evaluating multi-connectivity strategies, including link aggregation, switching-based policies, and packet duplication mechanisms.The dataset is intended to support reproducible research in reliable low-latency communications and multi-connectivity performance evaluation. All data have been processed to remove operator-identifiable information."
