Genome resequencing of 72 populations of Aedes aegypti from throughout its distribution for analysis of insecticide resistance loci, enable reconstruction of evolutionary histories, and establish a population genomic resource. Samples were collected using a range of approaches, so DNA was extracted from both larvae and adults.
