This dataset contains the Source Data underlying all main figures and supplementary figures presented in the manuscript <i>“Functional distinctions between orbitofrontal cortex and anterior cingulate cortex subregions in decision-making and autonomic regulation”</i> (Papageorgiou et al., Nature Communications, 2025). The Excel file includes the numerical data used to generate all plots, including behavioral measures, physiological signals, and neural response statistics. Each sheet corresponds to the processed values used directly in the figures. These data are provided in accordance with Nature Communications’ Source Data requirements.
