We examine the single nuclear RNA profile in the human donor heart at baseline and 10 hours of storage in HTK with/without canrenone. We also analyze the genomic occupancy of MR in these conditions. Overall design: For snRNA-seq, single nuclei was isolated from human heart tissues and subject to sequencing using 10x platform. For Cut&run seq, single nuclei was isolated from human donor heart and fixed with 0.1% formaldehyde for 1 minutes. The cut&run assay were then performed using Epicypher Cun&run kit.
