The analysis of the microbial communities developed in the different experiments by 16S rRNA gene massive sequence showed a predominance of Bacillus, Clostridium and Caproiciproducens in the experiments with better H2 performance and Lactobaccillus and Lactococcus in the experiments with lower H2 production.
