Genome sequencing of Staphylococus phage NHSP6

This study focuses on sequencing and analyzing the genome of Staphylococcus phage NHSP6, with the aim of evaluating its potential for use in phage therapy. By examining the phage's genetic makeup, we seek to determine its safety, efficacy, and suitability as a therapeutic agent against Staphylococcus infections, particularly those caused by antibiotic-resistant strains. The raw sequencing reads from this project will contribute to the growing body of data on bacteriophages and their applications in combating bacterial pathogens.
