Oppdrift user survey

The purpose of the project was to map residents' satisfaction with municipal services, coverage of needs and wishes for areas of focus in Kragerø, Risør, Tvedestrand og Nome. The project is a contribution to a larger feasibility study which will provide a basis for measures that increase the municipalities' ability to adapt. Generally speaking, there was dissatisfaction with availability and case processing time, but the respondents were pleased with the service and professional skill.
