transcriptome assembly of Pomphorhynchus laevis

Transcriptome assembled by Mauer et al. (2020) from a pool of two female, two male, and two juvenile Pomphorhynchus laevis, collected from one Barbus barbus individual. Paired-end reads were generated with Illumina NextSeq and the standard mode of Trinity was used for the assembly. The raw data have been deposited in the SRA database under accession no.
