资源简介:
Hypothesis-There is a loss of physical functioning and reduction in quality of life measurements in patients with cervicogenic headache. Methodology: In this Quasi experimental study 21 participants with CGH based on inclusion and exclusion criteria were included. Cranial electrical Stimulation (CES) will be given in the M 5 Mode (Type Delta Rhythm) for 20 minutes, 6 day a week for 3 weeks. Pre and post outcome measurements pain and quality of life will be assessed by Numeric Pain Rating Scale, and Neck Disability Index, Von Korff Scale and Pressure Algometer. Result of this study shows that the CES is safe, feasible in individuals with CGH. It shows significant improvements (p value <0.05) in pain and Quality of life of individuals with cervicogenic headache. Conclusion: Cranial electrical stimulation will help to improve pain and the quality of life in individuals with CGH.
