Stability of CrdA∼P in the Presence of CrdS Mutant Proteins.

The half-life of CrdA∼P was calculated when incubated with CrdS WT and mutant proteins. Values shown are the mean ± standard error. CrdA∼P was generated using [32P] acetyl-phosphate and incubated with equimolar amounts of CrdS mutant proteins. The half-life of CrdA∼P incubated alone is indicated in the top row. Mutations affecting CrdS phosphatase activity display a corresponding increase in CrdA∼P half-life.
