This paper presents a novel jet formation mechanism derived from Twistor-Entropic-Born-Infeld-Kaluza-Klein-β (Twistor-EBIKK-β) gravity. The model explains relativistic jet collimation and acceleration through twistor network topology, entropic focusing, and modified electrodynamics. Key predictions include quantized spectral lines at E ∼ κ −1/2and jet opening angles θj ∼ √κ/RBH.
