SNP array data for biparental populations

<b>Getting Help from the Extended Family: Identification and Genetic Characterisation of Novel Resistance to </b><b><i>Globodera pallida</i></b><b> ‘Oberlangen’ in Wild </b><b><i>Solanum</i></b><b> Species</b>. Three resistant wild species accessions were characterised with resistance loci mapped via a single-nucleotide polymorphism array in biparental progenies.Population <b>5A-gop</b> was created by crossing GLKS35354-2 (<i>S. gourlayi </i>ssp.<i> pachytrichum</i>) with JKI-GL-05.1682.07; population <b>14A-hwk</b> was obtained by crossing CGN17888-16 <i>(S. hawkesianum)</i> with JKI-GL-08.1206.02 and population <b>15A-sp</b><b>g</b> by crossing CGN17602-2 <i>(S. spegazzinii)</i> with JKI-GL-00.1066.13. genotyping was performed with the GGP Potato 25K Chip.
