METE - Software for Analyzing Harte et al.'s Maximum Entropy Theory of Ecology

Code for working with John Harte and colleagues' Maximum Entropy Theory of Ecology. This code is currently maintained on GitHub at https://github.com/weecology/mete. Releases are archived here (on figshare) to ensure their persistence. Two files are available: 1. METE-0.1.zip - the current release. 2. METE_full_git_repository.zip - the full git repository up to the point of the current release.
