Hydrometeorological data on the conditions of the environment are
held by the Russian State Fund of data. This dataset was created by
RIHMI-WDC in 1981 and containes air temperature from 660 stations of
the USSR. Data is currently stored on magnetic
tape (800 bit/inch).
