13 out of 65 strains showed abnormal LP levels. Statistical analysis was performed against WT values (mean fluorescence = 0.95, S.D. = 0.15, from 14 WT samples). It was defined a cutoff using an arbitrary 20% difference between the mutant and WT relative fluorescence means. Phenotypes referred as llc (§low lipid content,) and hlc (¥high lipid content,) were marked in bold. Gene descriptions based in SGD (www.yeastgenome.org).
