CREPT is required for the metastasis of triple-negative breast cancer through a co-operational-chromatin loop-based gene regulation

To identify metastasis-associated genes that CREPT upregulated, WT and CREPT-knockdown 4T1 cells were performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of two different cells. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for 4T1 cells and its KD derivatives (WT and shCREPT).
