To explore RNA expression in resting and activated T cells total RNA without rRNA depletion was analyzed. Overall design: Magnetically sorted CD4+ and CD8+ T cells from wt and Raptor-deleted mice were incubated with IL-7 (unstimulated) or plate-bound CD3 and CD28 mAbs. Live cells were sorted as FVD780- and MFG-E8-negative for flow cytometry.
