there are 3 data sets that are used in the R code to produce figures: 1) data_decision_examples.csv: main data set which contains 466 examples from the published literature that use a specific decision-aiding framework to plan for management actions in a conservation context. Data fields contain information on framework, country, level of implementation, authors, title of publication, and the presence/absence of five criteria that are considered important in decision-science: a quantitative objective, clear link to a threat, application of a sensitivity analysis, consideration of socio-economic constraints, deliberation on trade-offs between different objectives2) authors.csv: data set that includes all authors and co-authors of the 466 examples to produce a co-author network3) interrater_data_lit_review.csv: data set that includes results from a reproducibility test with 4 additional raters to produce box plots4) R code to produce figures<br>
