Exploring changes in miRNA expression levels in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells under dexamethasone treatment using miRNA sequencing

In the progression of glucocorticoids (GCs) induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH), miRNAs have important regulatory role and is involved in many biological processes. In this current study, we detected the expression levels of miRNA in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) after 48 hours of dexamethasone intervention and further explored the role of key miRNA in a GCs induced ONFH rat model. High-throughput sequencing of BMSCs after 48h of intervention with dexamethasone (10μM).
