Emerging per and polyfluorinated alkyl substances (PFAS) have little to no available toxicological data. To reduce this data gap, male and female Sprague Dawley rats were exposed to 6:1 fluorotelomer alcohol (6:1 FTOH) and 7:3 FTOH fluorotelomer alcohol (7:3 FTOH) via oral gavage for five days over multiple dose levels. The 6:1 FTOH and 7:3 FTOH datasets presented here are (1) the internal dose and biotransformation results in rat liver and plasma, (2) dosing solution confirmation, and (3) the biotransformation in-vitro results in rat and human s9 cells.
