Nutrient availability and seedling growth data from Nothofagus and conifer-broadleaf stands, eastern Wairarapa, New Zealand

"Rocky Hill PRS all.csv" contains data on nutrient availability beneath Nothofagus and conifer-broadleaf stands in a New Zealand temperate forest, as measured during two 12-week periods with PRS® probes. The six other spreadsheets contain annual relative growth rates of seedlings of six tree species, measured on plots in both forest types over a two-year period. "Hinau" = Elaeocarpus dentatus, "Pigeonwood" = Hedycarya arborea, "Rewarewa" = Knightia excelsa, "Lemonwood" = Pittosporum eugenioides, "Totara" = Podocarpus totara, "Beech" = Nothofagus solandri.
