Metagenomic and Toxicological Data from a Study of Copper Nanoparticles in Oral Antisepsis

The dataset associated with this study includes full-length 16S rRNA nanopore sequencing data of the oral bacteriome from Sprague-Dawley rats subjected to oral antisepsis with a copper nanoparticle–based gel or chlorhexidine for 7 or 30 days. The repository also contains sample metadata, raw hematological and biochemical measurements, and supplementary tables used for statistical analyses and figure generation. These data are made publicly available to support transparency, reproducibility, and further research on the ecological and systemic effects of nanoparticle-based oral antiseptics.
