Microbial community profiling of a full-scale pilot study of a sidestream enhanced biological phosphorus removal (S2EBPR) reactor at the Calumet Water Reclamation Plant. The S2EBPR configuration was operated in parallel with a single stage nitrification basin. Samples were collected at the end of the nitrification basin, EBPR basin, and RAS fermenter. 16S amplicons target the V4/V5 variable regions (515F, 926R).
