CDC Companion Animal-Origin CROs

CDC Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion's BioProject for whole genome sequence data of carbapenem-resistant organisms (CROs), such as carbapenem-resistant Enterobacterales (CRE) and carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa (CRPA) from companion animal (e.g., dog and cat) specimens. We have implemented a standard scheme for isolate/sample identification.
