PMoC3D

The PMoC3D dataset is a paired 3D brain MRI dataset containing unprocessed real-world motion artifacts, which is specifically designed to evaluate 3D motion correction methods. It comprises scan data from 8 healthy male and female participants, where each participant completed one motion-free scan and three motion artifact scans with varying degrees of motion artifacts, resulting in a total of 27 motion artifact scans. Data acquisition was conducted using an Ingenia Elition 3.0T X scanner, utilizing 3D T1-weighted fast gradient-echo imaging, with a sampling matrix size of 222 × 236 × 512. This dataset provides real-world benchmark data for the assessment of 3D motion correction methods.
