Result artefacts supporting the IEEE RO-MAN 2026 Late Breaking Report: Representational Cost of a Compact Neuromorphic Affordance Pipeline: A Diagnostic Study Toward Predictive Safety in Assistive Robotics. The EMERGENCE pipeline (E665 STDP affordance grounding + F2 role binding + G14 offline SVM probe) achieves 66.8% accuracy on 3,000 synthetic scenes across 5 pre-registered seeds (Y-shuffle δ = +0.416), against an affordance-only privileged baseline of 88.8% — a representational cost RC_afford = 22 points. This dataset provides full reproducibility artefacts: per-seed G14 results, classical baselines with Y-shuffle controls, feature ablation results, CSV summaries, and SHA-256 integrity hashes.
