Dataset from "Compatible traits of oleaginous Mucoromycota fungi for lignocellulose-based simultaneous saccharification and fermentation"

Nine oleaginous fungal strains from the Mucoromycota phylum were evaluated for their suitability with lignocellulose-based simultaneous saccharification and fermentation process. Several traits such as thermal tolerance, biochemical composition changes by incubation temperature, cellobiose and cellulose response, and induction of β-glucosidase and endoglucanase were evaluated. Biochemical composition changes were tracked with FTIR and Raman. The dataset consist on the raw data used for the scientific publication with the same title.
