Ellipsoid Simulation Dataset for 2D-to-3D Reconstruction

We share a part of the synthetic ellipsoid dataset used in the article "ONIX: An X-ray deep-learning tool for 3D reconstructions from sparse views" .
The file ellipsoid_5to10.npy contains the projection data used for 3D reconstruction. It includes 1000 3D objects, each with 10 projections uniformly spaced between 0° and 180°. The 3D ground truth is available for the first 10 objects, which are used for validation.
