该数据资源由广水市残疾人联合会在履行核准和发放残疾人证、为残疾人建档立卡职能时产生，包含残疾人性别、文化程度、居住地址等基本信息和残疾类别及等级、持证时间等残疾信息，可用于各级党委政府分析残疾人基本状况，为出台相关政策提供数据依据。

This dataset is generated by the Guangshui Municipal Federation of Disabled Persons during the performance of its statutory functions including approving and issuing disability certificates and establishing official files and records for persons with disabilities. It covers basic personal information of persons with disabilities such as gender, educational attainment, residential address, as well as disability-specific information including disability category, disability grade and the date of disability certificate issuance. This dataset can be used by party and government agencies at all levels to analyze the basic situation of persons with disabilities, providing data support for the formulation of relevant policies.
