Leucoraja erinacea Genome sequencing and assembly. Leucoraja erinaceus

Whole genome sequencing of little skate (Leucoraja erinacea) was performed with Pacbio CLR and Illumina short reads to generate high quality reference genome of little skate for post-genomic analyses. The post-genomic analyses involve comparing transcriptome and epigenome of fin motor neuron with that of tail region spinal cord and with motor neurons from other vertebrate species via RNA-seq and ATAC-seq to study development of motor neuron.
