资源简介:
Circulating miRNA species are becoming promising symptom markers for various diseases including cardiovascular diseases. However, studies on their role in the recovery processes are few especially concerning cerebral infarction. We compared whole blood miRNA profiles between cerebral infarction patients (P-group) and the subjects with no symptom (C-group), and also between P-group and treated patients (T-group). A Total of 64 miRNAs were found to be differentially expressed between C and P-groups. Of 64 miRNAs, the expression levels of 2 miRNAs correlated with hypertension. A total of 155 miRNAs were differentially expressed between P- and T-group. There were 5 common miRNAs among the 64 and 155 miRNAs identified. Importantly, these 5 common miRNAs were inversely regulated in each comparison (e.g., C < P > T). Cerebral infarction patients (P-group n=23) and the subjects with no symptom (C-group n=22), and also between P-group and treated patients (T-group n=7), and the miRNA expression in the whole blood was compared between the three group.
