This dataset includes anonymous data of 84 participants of the study "The Role of Relative Strength Ratio in Predicting Maximum Pull-Up Performance", namely: age, height, weight, body fat (% and kg), muscle mass (% and kg), 1RM (1 repetition maximum in the pull-up exercise: added weight) and MNR (maximum number of repetitions with bodyweight - no extra load).
