In March 2013, IFLA invited ten experts to participate in a discussion meeting in Mexico to discuss emerging trends in society that will affect our information environment. Prior to the each expert submitted a short paper which built upon the Literature Review and Bibliography. Together with the summaries are included the full, unedited expert submissions as received.
