资源简介:
This dataset contains supplementary clinical and dermoscopic images of a patient with refractory frontal fibrosing alopecia (FFA) treated with oral tofacitinib for 12 weeks. The images include before-and-after photographs of the frontal hairline and eyebrows, as well as dermoscopic scalp images documenting reduced perifollicular scales and erythema after treatment. The dataset supports visual assessment of therapeutic response.
Mendeley Supplementary Figure 1 For the Benefit of the Reviewers. Clinical photographs of a patient with refractory FFA, showing frontal hairline (1A) and after (1B) 12 weeks of oral tofacitinib therapy.
Mendeley Supplementary Figure 2 For the Benefit of the Reviewers. Clinical photographs of a patient with refractory FFA, showing the eyebrows before (2A) and after (2B) 12 weeks of oral tofacitinib therapy. Notable improvements include increased eyebrow density and length.
Mendeley Supplementary Figure 3 For the Benefit of the Reviewers. Dermoscopic images of the scalp of a patient with refractory FFA showing prominent perifollicular scales, perifollicular erythema, and loss of follicular openings at baseline (3A), and after 12 weeks of oral tofacitinib therapy (3B), demonstrating a decrease in perifollicular scales and erythema.
