Apple tree architecture - Nitrogen

This dataset was collected covers the primary and secundary architectural structure of the central leader and branches of apple trees according to particular cultivar and nitrogen treatment. The data further describes the shoot length, shoot base and top diameters, as well as the presence or absence of terminal and/or lateral inflorescence. The data are written in form of Multiscale Tree Graph, representing the branching structure in succesive metamer order as well as the above mentioned variables. This data were further normalized omitting not-representative trees according to their architectural structure covering trees with premature apex mortality, physical damage, or repeated outgrowth leading to alternative branching patterns. Data were further processed into tables via V-Plant program and the data were further processed by statistical tools in \"R\". This approach allows to understand the effect of nitrogen fertilizetion and its variability on development of branching and bearing structures according to genotype and shoot type.
