Android Health and Fitness Application Dataset for Forensic Artifact Parser Development on Autopsy

This dataset was collected to support the research entitled Forensic Analysis of Android and iOS Based Health and Fitness Application Through Artifact Parser Development on Autopsy. The dataset contains forensic artifacts acquired from Android devices running health and fitness applications. It includes activity files stored in FIT and TCX formats collected from multiple Android devices and used for parser development, validation, and performance evaluation. The dataset is intended to support research in mobile digital forensics, forensic artifact analysis, and artifact parser development for the Autopsy digital forensic platform. The Android activity records were voluntarily contributed by research participants who provided informed consent for the use of their data in this research. Personally identifiable information has been removed or anonymized where appropriate to protect participant privacy. The iOS dataset used in this study is not included in this repository because it is publicly available through Digital Corpora and should be obtained directly from the original source. Due to ethical and privacy considerations, access to the dataset files is restricted. Qualified researchers may request access for academic and non-commercial research purposes.
