LC-MS/MS data for Shi et al. NCB paper

Data deposited here include different type of RNA modifications examined by LC-MS/MS (liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry). Different types of RNA modifications in mouse liver RNA fractions (15-50nt) with or without AlkB treatment are processed for LC-MS/MS analysis. The results of experimental RNA samples are identified as Sam-1 to Sam-3 (AlkB (+)) and Sam-4 to Sam-6(AlkB (-)) in file experimental_samples. The results of nucleotide standards are identified as STD-1 to STD-13 in files nucleotide_standard_1 and nucleotide_standard_2.
