The instrument is grounded in established theories in organizational behavior and psychology. It investigates how communication processes within organizations influence institutional effectiveness and employees’ psychological capital, including hope, resilience, self-efficacy, and optimism. The dataset is suitable for quantitative research methods, including regression analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The questionnaire is primarily developed in Khmer to ensure cultural relevance and respondent comprehension within the Cambodian context. An English version of the questionnaire is available upon request from the author.
