This is a sampled online survey data on divers aged 18 and above in Thai waters. The survey aimed to understand 1) the relationship between taxonomic research findings and SCUBA diving activity in Thailand and 2) the potential economic value of marine taxonomy research. The data collection period was between September 29-November 2, 2023, with n = 366 after excluding those under age.
