Splicing is an important step in the maturation of most eukaryotic RNAs. In this work, we studied the effect of Am at U2 snRNA position 30 methylation into m6Am on splicing in mouse liver. We performed high-throughput polyA+ RNA sequencing of liver samples from Mettl4 knockout mice. METTL4 is methyltransferase catalyzing the indicated N2-methylation of U6 snRNA. Three biological replicates were made.
