Geochemistry of Huatung Basin hard rocks from the R/V Vema cruise V3609

The presented dataset includes: (1) Feldspar ⁴⁰Ar/³⁹Ar step-heating results of Gabbro RD20, Huatung Basin (Table S1); (2) Whole-rock major oxides (wt.%), trace elememts (10^-6), and Sr-Nd isotopes of Huatung Basin oceanic gabbros RD20 and RD19 and reference materials (Table S2); (3) Mineral in-situ major oxides (wt.%) and trace elements (10^-6) of Huatung Basin oceanic gabbros RD19 and RD20 and reference materials (Table S3); (4) Amphibole–Plagioclase equilibrium temperatures of Gabbro RD19, Huatung Basin (Table S4). The data provides an outlook for high-temperature lower crustal metamorphism caused by the infiltration of hydrous island-arc melts in terms of supra-subduction lithospheric metasomatism.
