We aimed to identify peripheral blood biomarkers that predict the response of advanced HCC to anti-PD-1 therapy. Overall design: Classical monocytes (CD11b+CD3-CD19-CD14+CD16- cells) were sorted from PBMCs collected at day0 and day7 from four patients with DCB and four patients with NDB.
