We perform CRISPR screen on T24 cells co-cultured with CD8+ T cells to explore essential genes regulating bladder cancer immune evasion. To determine the target genes and downstream signaling pathways of SCIMP in bladder cancer cells, transcriptome analysis was performed in Vector and SCIMP-overexpressing cells upon co-culture with CD8+ T cells.
