Retail property leasing activity distribution in the U.S. Q1 2024, by type

In the first quarter of 2024, the leased retail real estate in the United States was not evenly spread out across different regions. The South region accounted for between 43 and 47 percent of leasing activity, whereas the Northeast comprised between 10 and 13 percent.
