16S and RNAseq samples correspond to the manuscript: "The allelopathic vitamin B1 antagonist bacimethrin impacts microbial gene expression in a hypereutrophic watershed dominated by cyanobacterial blooms". This project was designed to assess microbiome compositions and transcriptional activities in spawning habitats of endangered Sucker in Upper Klamath Basin. These habitats included Upper Klamath Lake, its tributaries and outlflow, surrounding reservoirs, and spring water.
