Replication package for "Property Rights Conditionality and Satellite

Replication code and derived data for the working paper "Property RightsConditionality and Satellite Deployment: Quasi-Experimental Evidence fromthe ITU 2019 Milestone Rules" (Prativadi, 2026). The paper tests whether the milestone-based deployment requirements adoptedin ITU Resolution 35 (WRC-19) changed satellite deployment and marketconcentration in the affected low Earth orbit altitude bands, using ashell-year difference-in-differences design on a panel of 428 shell-yearobservations (33 altitude bands, 2010-2022). The package contains four Python scripts (two-way fixed effects estimation,cluster-robust inference, wild cluster bootstrap, event study, robustnesschecks, and figures) and the derived satellite-operator-year data.
