RSV Disclosure Corpus: New Zealand Administrative Records (Restricted Research Dataset)

Restricted archival dataset supporting the RSV case study. This dataset preserves statutory disclosure artefacts received from New Zealand administrative bodies together with outgoing correspondence from the requester. The archive is organised as institutional ZIP packages containing exported documentary artefacts, including email correspondence, document exports, screenshots, and attachment bundles. The dataset is deposited to ensure timestamped preservation of administrative disclosure materials outside any single national administrative system and to provide an empirical corpus for the Record-Surface Visibility (RSV) framework. The first file (00_archive_index_data_description.pdf) provides the archive index, corpus description, and methodological overview of the dataset. Access to the files is restricted. Materials are preserved for research documentation and archival reference purposes. Access Conditions and Usage Note Access to the primary records may be granted upon reasonable request for purposes of academic verification and research transparency in relation to the associated RSV study. The materials are preserved as an archival preservation copy to ensure continuity of the documentary record. This dataset is provided for research documentation and record-preservation purposes only. Some documents may contain administrative correspondence originating from third-party institutions. Such institutional records remain attributable to their respective issuing bodies.
