Local Transverse Stability and Finite-Amplitude Synchronization in Mixed-Coupled Rössler Oscillators: From a Pair to a Directed Ring
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains research data and analysis code accompanying the study “Local Transverse Stability and Finite-Amplitude Synchronization in Mixed-Coupled Rössler Oscillators.” The study investigates how nonlinear coupling shape affects chaotic synchronization when the local transverse dynamics is held fixed, considering both an identical oscillator pair and a directed three-node ring. The package includes saved initial conditions, synchronization-event records, Lyapunov diagnostics, finite-horizon response arrays, figures, and available Python scripts. Original numerical records are stored separately from derived outputs, including corrected confirmation-time summaries and bootstrap analyses. Documentation provides execution instructions, software dependencies, data schemas, a figure-to-file mapping, and file-integrity checks. The package supports reproduction of the statistical analysis from archived records; it does not provide complete independent regeneration of every original simulation. Missing trajectory histories, generating scripts, and figure-specific protocols are explicitly documented.
