This is the alternate pseudohaplotype scaffolded assembly of the Austropuccinia psidii strain pandemic isolate Au-3,culture no. 622 and accession 115012 genome that we sequenced on PacBio Sequel II. The HMW DNA used here was the same as used for GenBank: GCA_902702905.1. This revised assembly was made with HiFi and HiC reads using Hifiasm software. Scaffolding done with Juicer, 3d-DNA pipelines with manual curation in Juicebox.
