Glioblastoma is the most common type of malignant brain tumor among adults. We used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of glioblastoma cells. Overall design: Dissociated and cryopreserved single-cell suspensions of patient samples (P007, P011, P012, P013) were processed by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) to isolate viable CD45+ immune cells and CD45- glioblastoma cells.
